Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked online via our Setmore booking page. We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-in appointments are also available at our beachfront location — subject to availability.

  • Book anytime via WhatsApp – we reply fast
  • Confirmation sent via email upon booking
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment
  • New clients: arrive 10 minutes early for consultation
Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. To respect our artists' time and allow other clients to book, we ask:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
  • No-shows may be asked to prepay for future bookings
  • Reschedules can be made via WhatsApp or the booking portal

  • Book infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness
